YOGA IN THE BARN BEGINS MAY 1ST 2019

Hatha Yoga Asanas

Ann teaches Hatha Yoga which is accessible to everybody, age, shape, size, gender and ability. It is a path with heart, integrating body, mind and spirit in a peaceful style for head to toe well-being.

Wednesday Mornings at 10:00 am – 75 minutes

Saturday Mornings at 9:30 am – 75 minutes
(includes Astrology, Yoga Asanas, Meditation, Spiritual Insightful teachings)

Tea and Social gathering after class
Annanda provides the vegan organic snack and organic tea

$20.00 per class

*****In May we move outdoors to ‘Annanda Yoga Barn’ which is a covered, weatherproof, comfortable place for us to practice Yoga together. A large space expanding 20’ x 20’ with brand new flooring and simple but pleasant decor. 

Surrounding the Barn is a natural setting of a forest with a beautiful and unique pond.
Quiet and tranquil music is playing in the Barn, to enhance the senses and quiet the Ego.
Organic tea and Organic Homemade treats are served after class if you would like to stay a little longer to enjoy the peaceful serenity and the company of Like-Minded people.

(Indoor space is also available if necessary for any reason – over enthusiastic bugs 🙂 
Ann has been practising yoga for over 30 years. Ann Graduated from Yoga Source and Therapy Studio’s Yoga Teacher Training program in August 2011 in Newmarket, Ontario completing over 200+ hours of intense training.

What is Yoga?

Yoga isn’t just about stretching. The ancient art of yoga explores much more than just moving and twisting our physical body. Yoga is meant to take us further and deeper than what the poses offer our limbs.

Yoga after all really is about our Mind, Body and our Spirit!
