When your Soul recognizes an opportunity for growth and elevation, lots of stuff starts to happen.

The Soul see’s a possibility arise when something large has come about in your life. Maybe you have uprooted and moved, perhaps you have decided to go out on your own or you have changed jobs, whatever it is that has realigned in your life, it has prompted your Soul to give you a little nudging.

The poking comes because your Soul wants you to really start paying more attention to how you are feeling inside.

This is the stuff that your Soul will ask you to work through.

Soul work is a process. One step at a time. Don’t overwhelm yourself with tasks and projects, there is no point in having any agenda, that’s not how it works.

If you get too caught up in trying to control what you think you should be doing, there is so much you will miss and that would be a shame.

The Soul and the Universe are one, they work together to lead the way for you.

They speak in harmony with one another and with you. Gentle whispers they send as syncronicities, this is the stuff you don’t want to miss out on.

Syncronictic events are clues to help guide you back on your natural path of life.
The path that leads to your purpose, the very reason you chose this life, this time around.
Finding your true calling, the very ambition that motivates you in a way that is more than outstanding, is your life’s goal, your Souls intention.

If there comes a time when you feel a need to go inward, you crave solitude more than you do ice cream, then honour this sensation.

This is usually where it all starts. Create time for ‘you’. Soul work is just that – it is all about ‘you’. Getting comfortable with spending time with yourself isn’t easy. We are so programmed to give. If we aren’t giving we are selfish!!!

Let go of this notion, take some time to just ‘be’. Because it is in this place that you will hear the whispers. The voice of your Soul.

Keep a journel, find a mentor, get creative, walk in the forest………
