The Sacral Chakra is the seat of our creativity, the feminine energy within us which craves to be nurtured.

Our 2nd Chakra energy asks us to bond with our intuition through creative expressions. 

Creativity is equal to meditation, when we are engaging in a creative hobby we become absent of our Ego mind.

Do you find pleasure through reading, dancing, writing, music, nature, walking, running or swimming, any of these are creative expressions we can engage in so we may tap into our Souls essence? 

It is important we take time to gift our self opportunities so we may engage in activities we enjoy, ‘all work and no play’ as they say is not good for our Soul. 

Your 6th sense can be activated during a creative outing or activity, it is a beautiful opportunity for you to remind yourself of who you truly are.
